Please see the following important details for this special evening: If possible, we kindly ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the event’s start time. This will help streamline registration and allow time to mingle with others.
**Please note that this is a ticketed, sold-out event. Tickets will not be sold on site.
*Please bring your confirmation receipt (print out or mobile ticket) which includes your QR code. We will have multiple ways to register once you arrive.
*Check in will begin as early as 6:30 p.m on the 4th floor of the Westin Copley Hotel. The celebration will begin promptly at 7:15 p.m. until approximately 11:00 p.m.
*Where: The Westin Copley Place, Boston (10 Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02116) Parking: Discounted valet parking $45 per vehicle (not valid for overnight parking)

We are pleased to announce that we are once again hosting an Educator Prom on May 4, 2024. This year we will celebrate at the Westin Copley, Boston, MA. In its third year, this event will celebrate and honor the hard work of Educators of Color with an evening out of their classrooms and schools. At our 2022 launch, we hosted 140 educators of color and friends, and in 2023, 315. Back by popular demand, this year we are incorporating Excellence in Teaching & Leadership Awards, teacher superlatives, guest speakers, and increasing our event capacity.
